Runners-up Gaborone United have three players in the team led by captain Keitumetse Dithebe, Kesegofetse Mochawe and Yaone Modise who scored two goals in the competition.

There were two spots for Herentals Queens in Alice Moyo and Tumbare Egeness, with the duo of Tenanile Ngcamphalala and top scorer (3) Siphilisiwe Ndlovu of Young Buffaloes completing the best 11.

Here’s The Tournament’s Best Eleven:

UWC head coach Thinasonke Mbuli led the Blues to their first ever CAF Women’s Champions League appearance and was named as the coach of the best 11 having also being named in the group stage team.
