The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have unveiled the new CAFCC trophy ahead of this afternoon’s CAF Confederation Cup second leg title decider.
Simba SC take on RS Berkane in Zanzibar at the Amaan Stadium in Zanzibar City with the visitors holding a 2-0 first leg advantage.
South African-born tactician Fadlu Davids could be a part of history should his charges overturn the first leg deficit by defeating the vastly experienced Berkane side who have won this competition in 2020 and 2022.
CAF have since revealed the new trophy for today’s final with either side standing the chance to be the first ones to lay their hands on the new piece of silverware.
