Stellenbosch FC defender Ismael Toure has attracted interest from Qatar where Anicet Oura is playing, as well as Saudi Arabia and Finland.
Toure, 27, has been the heart of the Stellies defence since joining the side in the 2022/23 season from Marumo Gallants. He played a huge part in helping the side win their first major trophy – Carling Knockout Cup – in 2023/24 season.

The Cape Winelands side has been exporting players in the past few seasons with the likes of Ibrahim Jabaar, Olwethu Makhanya and the recent one Anicet Oura.
Stellies could also lose Toure as interest continues to grow from unnamed teams in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Finland.
The Ivorian defender has an R8 million release clause in his contract with Stellenbosch, and any club eager to trigger that clause will have to engage with Stellies which could be huge loss especially with Thabo Moloisane also linked with a move to Gauteng.
