Sunday promises to be a day of goal with mouthwatering fixtures with free-scoring Cape Town City battling it out against third-placed Mamelodi Sundowns. The Citizens were held to a 2-2 draw by SuperSport United in their last clash while Sundowns were inactive after their match with Royal AM was postponed.
Having failed to pick up maximum points against AmaZulu, Sekhukhune United face high-spirited Amakhosi outfit at Isak Steyl Stadium who are seeking to return to the top of the standings after putting four past Arrows in their last encounter.
Table-toppers Stellies have a daunting task at hand when they host SuperSport. The Cape Winelands outfit edged Polokwane City 1-0 in their last tie and will further look to extend their lead at the top of the standings and give themselves a breathing space with Chiefs.
Sixth-placed Orlando Pirates will pay a visit to KwaZulu-Natal to face Richards Bay. The Buccaneers aim to make it three wins out of three and possibly move to fifth. The Natal Rich Boyz also look to keep their name in the race pack even though a win would still keep them in fifth place.
