Highflying Cape Town City reserves face Orlando Pirates reserves in the second fixture after hammering Sekhukhune United 6-2 on the opening day at Malta Park. Meanwhile, Pirates played a goalless draw against young Usuthu.
TS Galaxy will finally get their opportunity to play after their game against Royal AM was postponed due to AM not having enough players to honour the fixture. The Rockets will welcome SuperSport United who were held into a goalless draw in the opening week by Polokwane City.
Sunday might be for lovers, but DDC got you covered as well, with Kaizer Chiefs welcoming Chippa United in a clash of two teams that won their opening games comfortably.
Defending champions Stellenbosch FC will play in front of their home crowd for the first time this season when they face Richards Bay at Idas Valley Sports Ground. The Premier League Next Generation champions look to register their first win of the season after a 1-1 draw against Magesi FC on the opening day.
Last season’s runners-up, Mamelodi Sundowns will welcome newcomers Marumo Gallants who are in search of their first points of the season after suffering a 2-0 defeat against Chippa in the first-round. Sundowns will look to continue where they left-of last week as they scored three unanswered goals in the first 30 minutes of the game against the Natal Rich Boyz.
