City Stars Land European Moves

Cape Town City duo Brice Ambina and Nathan Idumba Fasika have completed loan moves to Norwegian outfit Vålerenga.

The pair had been on a two-week assessment period with the five-time league champions during pre-season and impressed for the club to make a move.

iDiski Times understands both deals have options to make it permanent at the end of December 2024, as they target an immediate return to the Eliteserien

“They have been with us both in Marbella and here at home, adapting to their playing style and dressing room quickly. They experienced boys who have worked [hard] in the environment from day one,” the club’s sporting director Joacim Jonsson said.

“Both Brice and Nathan are player types we haven’t had in the team before, and who we believe will add quality from the start.”
