Mkhulise Worried About In-Form Striker

Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sphelele Mkhulise has warned they must keep in-form AmaZulu FC striker Sede Junior Dion this evening.

The Ivorian striker has been in top form since making his return from injury. Dion has scored four goals in the last four matches in all competitions. This includes a hattrick he scored against their arch-rivals Lamontville Golden Arrows in a 3-0 win.

Mkhulise made it clear that the 29-year-old tall striker will need special attention from them on Wednesday evening when they face Usuthu. Dion scored against Downs during his days at Marumo Gallants in the Nedbank Cup.

“Their striker Dion has been doing very well, he’s been scoring goals for them so he is the one guy that we have to pay attention to,” Mkhulise told Sundowns media.

The Sundowns midfield maestro asked the club’s supporters to come out in numbers and promised them beautiful football and three points.

“All Sundowns supporters must come out in their numbers to King Zwelithini tomorrow,” he added.

“We will make sure they watch good football shoe shine and piano and we will win,” he added.

The teams meet at the King Zwelithini stadium this evening (Wednesday).
