Mongoya Lands New PSL Club

Abram Mongoya has made a sensational return to Kruger United just weeks after parting ways with Upington City.

Mongoya recently left Bafana Ba Gucci after five games into the new season and he was replaced by Musa Nyatama who immediately hit the road running by winning 2-1 against Pretoria University this past weekend.

As first reported by FARPost, Mongoya returned to Kruger as the new head coach replacing Vusumuzi Vilakazi who has since made a return to Betway Premiership side Chippa United.

This move could benefit both Kruger and Mongoya as they familiar with each other after they worked together last season.

United find themselves in ninth place with 10 points after eight games. Mongoya’s first task will be against league leaders Milford FC away from home.
