Bafana Bafana forward Percy Tau has completed his move to Qatar SC from African champions Al Ahly.
Tau, 30, leaves Ahly after four years, where he won 12 titles, including two CAF Champions League titles.
He’s officially been unveiled by the side coached by former Premier League midfielder Youssef Safri while he’s surrounded by a couple of familiar faces.
His former Ahly teammates Badr Benoun and Ahmed Abdelkader is on the books of the Qatari Stars League club, while former Raja AC star Ben Malango will be among his partners in their new-look attack.
Former Spain midfielder Javi Martinez is another familiar name in the club that is struggling at the wrong end of the table this season.
The Doha-based club was founded in 1960 and have won the league eight times, with the last title arriving in the 2002/2003 season.
