Former Kaizer Chiefs forward Keletso Sifama has signed for Sekhukhune United after parting ways with Amakhosi.
The 20-year-old made his first team debut as a teenager in August 2020 but didn’t quite establish himself before loan stints at Maritzburg United, Pretoria Callies and Casric Stars.
Upon the expiry of his contract in the off-season, he was initially said to be on his way to Baroka but then followed the former Casric coach Paulus Masehe to Babina Noko, who is now the head coach of the DStv Diski Challenge team.
iDiski Times have reliably been informed that Sifama agreed a three-year deal with the view of a quick first-team promotion if he excels in the reserve league this season.
With just eight appearances in the DStv Premiership since his debut three years ago, the talented forward will now be aiming to rebuild his career away from the Soweto giants.
He scored three goals in 14 starts in the second tier with Callies and Casric respectively.
