SuperSport United have parted ways with Bafana Bafana defender Siyanda Xulu after just one season with the club.
Xulu, 32, joined United at the beginning of the season as a free agent after leaving Azerbaijan side Turan Tovuz IK.
The experienced defender also spent two seasons in Israel where he played for Hapoel Tel Aviv.

The former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns man played an integral role in the Bafana Bafana defence during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations and helped them to finish with a bronze medal, making three appearances including in the semi-final and third-place playoff.
It was however a different story at club level as he couldn’t get game-time, making just 16 appearances, with his game-time dropping after the AFCON.
The former Maritzburg United centre-back started 10 of his 16 appearances in all competitions, which equalled to less than 1,000 minutes playing time.
iDiski Times understands that due to his lack of game-time, Matsatsantsa and Xulu reached an agreement to terminate his contract, which had one year remaining and was only set to expire in June 2025.
