Paris Saint-Germain, Burnley, and Eintracht Frankfurt stars headline Tunisia’s 26-man FIFA World Cup squad, which was announced by head coach Sabri Lamouchi.

The Eagles of Carthage are one of the nine African nations representing the continent at the expanded 48-team global showpiece, where they will battle Japan, the Netherlands, and Sweden in Group F.

Moving away from the core group that competed at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, Lamouchi’s selection looks significantly different, with a host of new faces drafted in to revitalise the squad.

Among the high-profile AFCON players missing out on the World Cup roster are Ferjani Sassi, Yassine Meriah, and Naïm Sliti.

The tournament squad features top-tier talent, including PSG winger Khalil Ayari, Union Berlin midfielder Rani Khedira, Frankfurt’s Ellyes Skhiri, and Burnley star Hannibal Mejbri.
