Al Ahli SC striker Ivan Toney is relishing the challenge of coming up against a high scoring Mamelodi Sundowns while looking to damage their defence this afternoon.
The sides meet in the FIFA African-Asian-Pacific Cup final in Pretoria on Saturday looking for first silverware of the season and a pathway to qualify for the Challenger Cup.

They are coming into the clash of the continents with contrasting forms with Toney’s side winning five of their last seven games and sitting in sixth position on the Saudi Pro League table with 12 points.
The hosts currently occupy first spot on the Betway Premiership standings with 20 points in eight outings, having scored 19 goals and conceded seven.
Meanwhile, the England international has scored 10 goals with one assist in the league this season. He says he gets excited when he meets teams that score a lot.
“I hear a lot about this team,” said Toney prior to this afternoon’s clash.
“I know they score a lot of goals and these kinds of things.
“And you walk around people say they win all their games, majority of their games. But that excites me more you know, to play against them.
“And hopefully we can damage their defence score some goals and win the game.”
