Kaizer Chiefs have announced their legends squad to face Orlando Pirates legends at the Kwa-Ndebele Legends tournament this coming weekend.
Amakhosi confirmed their legends team will head to Mpumalanga this Saturday, 5 July, to compete in the four-team Kwa-Ndebele Legends tournament at the Kameelrivier Stadium in Ga-Morwe.
The Chiefs legends will face off against their Orlando Pirates counterparts at 12:00pm on Saturday, while Mamelodi Sundowns Legends and Kwa-Ndebele Legends will battle each other in the first semi-final at 10:00am.
The matches will last 70 minutes and, in the event of a draw, will be decided on penalties, with no extra-time, with both winning teams meeting each other in the final.
Amakhosi have gathered a strong squad, including the likes of Doctor Khumalo, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Jabu Mahlangu and Collins Mbesuma but will miss coach, Thabo Mooki, who will be replaced by Tshepo Molatedi.
