Kaizer Chiefs coach Gavin Hunt was disappointed after his team lost 1-0 to DSTV Premiership leaders Swallows on Tuesday night.
Joseph Mhlongo scored a last minute goal to clinch the victory for Brandon Truter’s team, as Chiefs’ poor start to the league season continued.
Speaking after the game, Hunt said he thought they could have won the game in the first half, but they need to take their chances.
Hunt added that while Swallows didn’t have many opportunities, they took their chance when it came.
“Obviously disappointed, I thought we did enough in the first half,” Hunt said to SuperSport after the game.
“We had some great opportunities, scored the goal, I don’t know why it was disallowed, I’m not sure.”
“And they had one chance, they scored, I mean, yeah.”
“There wasn’t much threat the whole night, I didn’t think there was any threat in front of us you know. So yeah, but you got to score.”
