Benni McCarthy says AmaZulu face a tough task when they visit unbeaten Swallows in the DStv Premiership on Sunday.
Swallows are third on the table currently, and remain unbeaten after 14 games. AmaZulu are seventh, seven points behind.
McCarthy says Brandon Truter’s side are a good team, and all the league challengers have struggled against them.
But the former Bafana Bafana star says that while they are unbeaten, Swallows are not unbeatable.
“I think Swallows they are a good team, they’re unbeaten for a reason, they haven’t lost a single game in the league yet,” McCarthy said in the build up to Sunday’s game.
“And the best teams in the league haven’t been able to take three points from them. So yeah, doesn’t make the task for us any easier.”
“It’s a difficult task, but not an impossible task, because they are just a football team, they just have a good coach, they’ve got good players. We have to respect them, but we don’t have to fear them.”
