Kaizer Chiefs have announced the departure of Edmilson Dove upon the expiry of his contract.
Amakhosi had already announced three departures so far, with Sabele Radebe and Ranga Chivaviro being released by the club, while Njabulo Blom’s loan was not extended.
On Tuesday, they confirmed the exit of Mozambique international Dove after opting against renewing his contract.
“Kaizer Chiefs and defender Edmilson Dove will part ways when his contract expires at the end of June,” the club stated.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Edmilson for his contributions to the Club and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
Dove joined the club in August 2022 and made 56 appearances for the club since.
