Cape Town City are set for another squad revamp after announcing the exit of five players, including Keagan Dolly.

Dolly, 33, joined the club at the beginning of last season and helped to reach the Premier Soccer League promotional playoffs.

However, the Citizens missed out on returning to the top flight, with Milford FC instead gaining promotion.

As a consequence, City are set to revamp their squad and have announced the departures of Dolly, Njabulo Ngcobo, Dzenan Dzajmovic, Sifiso Ngobeni and Siphamandla Dondolo on Thursday morning.

“Cape Town City can confirm the departure of the following players, who have worn the badge with pride and represented the club with heart,” the club stated.

“Each player leaves with our sincere thanks for the dedication, commitment and professionalism they showed during their time at the club.

“We wish them nothing but success as they begin the next chapter of their journey. Once a Citizen, always a Citizen.”

Meanwhile, Cape Town City youth product Jaedin Rhodes has completed his transfer to Austrian Bundesliga side SV Ried.
