Baroka FC needs to enter the market in the January transfer window if they are to avoid relegation from the DStv Premiership, head coach Kgoloko Thobejane believes.
The eccentric tactician returned to the Bakgaga hot seat last month in a move that saw Thoka Matsimela drop down to the DStv Diski Challenge squad and his move towards the senior team.
But Thobejane has yet to win a game with two draws and three defeats in five games whilst they’ve only found the back of the net three times.
“What is left is for us to go all out and look for quality players to help us to survive relegation,” he told the media.
“Other than that, it is us coaching staff who must go all out and shout and shout. I believe we can beef up this team when we can get players who can do what we want them to do.
“The team is struggling to get points but if we correct the situation, the points will come.”
The Limpopo-based outfit travel to Cape Town this week to face Stellenbosch at the Danie Craven Stadium on Saturday (15h30).
