Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, Philani Zulu, has echoed coach Gavin Hunt’s sentiments regarding their attack, saying that they need a little bit of “bite.”
Following on from the Amakhosi’s Soweto Derby loss to Orlando Pirates on the weekend, the team has already started looking towards their next test against TS Galaxy.
Zulu believes that the preparations are going well, and explained what the team needs to do to become “unstoppable.”
“The preparations are coming along very well. We have to put what happened (against Pirates) in the past, and continue working, looking forward to the next match.
“We can’t dwell on the past, just work on our mistakes and try keep together, working forward because we need each and every match to perform at our best and get the results required.
“From the games we won, we took on all the positives and tried to work into the following games. It’s just that we need to have that bit of a bite going forward, and even in our defence.
“We work so hard at training and we try our best to execute in the game. We just need to work on the little mistakes just to add onto our game, then we’ll be a perfect team – we’ll be unstoppable.”
