Former Kaizer Chiefs and AmaZulu left-back Sibusiso Mabiliso has been given a new lease of live by Baroka FC.
The 25-year-old was released by AmaZulu in January and had been without a club since. However, on Tuesday, Bakgaka announced the signing of Mabiliso on a one-year deal.
“Baroka Football club is pleased to announce the signing of Sibusiso Mabiliso on a one year contract. The 25 years old played for Kaizer Chiefsr and Amazulu football club,” the club stated.
Mabiliso had made just two appearances with Usuthu in 2023/24 after returning from Naturena, in August 2022.
He was released by Usuthu over some over-pitch issues and is now trying to revive his career at Baroka.
Mabiliso arguably had his best time under Benni McCarthy at AmaZulu in 2020/21 when they finished in second place.
