Orlando Pirates have confirmed that duo Sihle Nduli and Thalente Mbatha will miss tomorrow’s MTN8 semi-final first leg tie against Sekhukhune United.
Nduli sustained a Grade 3 ligament tear in his ankle and will be sidelined for approximately four months.
Mbatha on the other hand is suffering from a recurring knee injury he carried over from the previous campaign.
The good news though is that Tshepang Moremi is king a steady progress to return to action after missing the 3-0 win over Chippa United.
“Pirates will have to face Sekhukhune without the likes of Sihle Nduli and Thalente Mbatha, while Tshepang Moremi could soon return after sitting out the win over Chippa,” the club statement read.
