AmaZulu head coach Arthur Zwane has not ruled out signing more players in this window but won’t sign players just for the sake of it.
Zwane was speaking after his team’s exit from the MTN8, having lost 3-2 in extra time to Stellenbosch on Sunday evening.

The coach was disappointed with the defeat, especially considering his team had several chances to potentially win the tie in regulation time when the score was locked at 2-2.
“It depends,” Zwane replied when asked if they will be making any more signings.
“It depends; we don’t want to just bring players for the sake of bringing players. We have to look at where we need to beef up and then take it from there.
“And after this performance, yes, I think we did not defend well, for the fact that we conceded three goals, I believe we could have done better. And like I said, we created a lot of chances.
“So, I don’t think one game will change our minds about this squad that you have assembled for this season. So, we’ll get what we need, and then we’ll take it from there. But I think it’s still early as well.”
