Kaizer Chiefs defender Inacio Miguel achieved a rare record for his club after scoring in their Nedbank Cup quarterfinal win over Stellenbosch FC on Saturday.
The Glamour Boys came out victorious in the drama-filled clash at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium with goals from Miguel, Pule Mmodi and Mfundo Vilakazi sealing Amakhosi’s passage into the semifinals.
This was the third meeting between the two sides this campaign with Chiefs also winning the other two Betway Premiership ties (2-1 and 1-0).
The Angolan international joined the Naturena-based outfit at the beginning of the current campaign from Petro de Luanda and has already edged his name in the club’s record books.
