Bafana Bafana defender Olwethu Makhanya and Rangers FC have reached the Scottish League Cup final after beating Aberdeen 1-0 on Saturday.
Makhanya has once again stamped his authority on another game, as Rangers kept another clean sheet.
After their rousing win in the Old Firm Derby over rivals Celtic in the quarter-final and a 5-1 over St. Mirren in the second round, Rangers faced Aberdeen in the semi-final on Saturday.
And they had to work hard to book their ticket for the final, with the deciding goal coming in 83rd minute via Ryan Don Naderi.
Makhanya featured for the full 90 minutes, as Rangers picked up there eighth clean sheet with the South African in their team.
The Bafana defender has already become somewhat of a fan favourite at his new club, and rumours of a potential January exit to a Premier League club are constantly surrounding Makhanya since his fine start to life in Scotland.
Overall, he has featured in 16 games for the club, scoring once in their 2-2 draw at Hearts in midweek.
