After the Major League Soccer recently revealed their annual salary guide, here is where Mbekezeli Mbokazi and Puso Dithejane rank among Chicago Fire‘s top earners.

Both South African players made the switch to the MLS club in January and have both impacted Chicago’s campaign already.

Mbokazi’s performances have made headlines in the US already, so much so that he is among the nominees for the MLS All-Star team, and was also named in the MSL Team of the Week this past weekend.

Dithejane has perhaps found the going a bit tougher in the US, but has also started to make some impressive performances off the bench for his new club.

Mbokazi’s salary (guaranteed compensation) of $655 620, equating to R10.8 million, per season sees him sit among the top 10 earners in his club – Jonathan Bamba leads the ranking with an impressive $5 581 806 (R92 million).

Meanwhile, Dithekane follows further down the ranking with a salary (guaranteed compensation) of $283 252 (R4.67 million) per season. While Mbokazi appears in ninth position among the club’s top earners, Dithejane sits in 18th spot.

Below are Chicago’s top 10 earners this season:
