Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies were made to sweat for their third victory of the season in the Hollywoodbets Super League, while Royal AM and TS Galaxy picked up wins too.
Sundowns took a lead over First Touch Academy early in the first half through Lelona Daweti but it was cancelled by Linki Thwala in the second half.
Polori Magabene pulled a Player of the Match performance for denying Jerry Tsahbalala’s charges more goals but Boitumelo Rabale had something special to steal a victory at the death.
The win sees Sundowns top the log with nine points after three matches, while Dikgoṧigadi tṧa Limpopo are 12th with just two points from the same number of games.
In another game played in Limpopo, Royal AM were 3-1 winners over rookies Copperbelt Ladies to move up to second spot on the standings with seven points, while Copperbelt slipped to 11th spot with three points.
Elsewhere TS Galaxy Queens registered their second win of the term, a 2-0 victory over Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) at home. The Galaxy Queens moved up to fifth position with six points, while TUT dropped to number six with four points both from three encounters.
