Chippa United and Tanzania international midfielder Baraka Majogoro have parted ways via a mutual agreement.
Majogoro, 27, has been an ever-present figure for Chippa since joining the club from KMC in August 2023 and stood out as a dominant defensive midfielder.
He missed only five games in all competitions this season, which makes the decision to part ways come as a slight surprise so close to the deadline this evening.
However, it will allow the midfielder to join a new club outside of the transfer window period, having been de-registered before the deadline.

The three-time capped Taifa Stars midfielder will not be short of suitors in the coming weeks after enhancing his reputation in South Africa with the Chilli Boys.
Chippa currently have Andile Jali, Siphelo Baloni, Ayabulela Konqobe and Athenkosi Dlala as options for the role now vacated by Majogoro.
