Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly winger Luís Miquissone has parted ways with Simba SC.

The experienced Mozambique international is at a career crossroads now after seeing his second stint at the club fizzle out without much success.

Having emerged as one of the most explosive wingers in Africa with the Tanzanian giants in 2020 after leaving Sundowns, Miquissone earned a lucrative move to Al Ahly.

However, his time with the African champions was marred by injuries and lack of game time which resulted in a short-term loan to Saudi Premier League side Abha, before agreeing a mutual termination with the Red Devils.

His move to Simba was seen as a way to get his career back on track but things have not worked out as planned as was not even part of Os Mambas 2023 Africa Cup of Nations squad.

With 48 senior international caps for his country and nine goals to his name, he still holds extensive experience for potential suitors as he awaits his next move.
