Thembinkosi Lorch has agreed personal terms with Al Ittihad Tripoli ahead of his expected transfer from Wydad Athletic Club.
Lorch, 32, has been one of the club’s standout players this season but a lucrative offer worth around $75,000 (R1.2 million) per month on a two and half year deal has lured the player to Libya.
A verbal agreement is currently in place, while rivals Al Ahli Tripoli have also made a bid and formal approach to the South African winger.
While official documents are yet to be finalised, the move from the Botola Pro giants is expected to be concluded shortly – barring any last minute offers for the former Orlando Pirates star.
Sources have also confirmed that Stephane Aziz Ki has also be joined the club with both players key targets for the the Libyan giants.
