Morgan Mammila has been as appointed as Director of Football by Magesi FC ahead of the 2026/27 Motsepe Foundation Championship season.
Mammila was with Chippa United side last season but finished the last six months of his contract working from home, as the side finished the season in 13th position in the league with 28 points.
He previously also worked at Baroka and Moroka Swallows, but now joins Dikwena tša Meetse with the mission to guide them back into the Betway Premiership after their relegation.
“Magesi FC is proud to announce the appointment of Mr Morgan Mammila as our new Director of Football ahead of the 2026/27 season,” the club stated.
“Mr Mammila brings a wealth of experience in South African football, having worked across the PSL and Motsepe Foundation Championship. He is known for his discipline, passion, and ability to build competitive teams with a strong winning mentality.
“In his role as Director of Football, Mr Mammila will oversee the club’s technical structure, player recruitment, youth development pathway, and the overall football philosophy of Magesi FC. We believe his leadership, experience, and vision will play a key role in taking the club forward both on and off the pitch.”
Magesi are yet to confirm their new coaches for the 2026/27 season.
