Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari is set to join newly promoted Kruger United on loan for the rest of the 2026/27 campaign.
As first reported by FARPost, Kruger have reached an agreement with Amakhosi for the Rwandan shotstopper to spend the upcoming campaign on loan in their ranks as they aim to secure their status in topflight football.
Ntwari has been struggling for game time at Chiefs since the incident of Carling Knockout Cup where he refused to be substituted against Stellenbosch FC in Cape Town.
Brandon Petersen also didn’t make things easier for Ntwari as he kept on pulling masterclass performances throughout the campaign which earned him a spot in the Bafana Bafana World Cup preliminary squad and being nominated for the Goalkeeper of the Season.
After securing the service of Renaldo Leaner as a free agent, it was clear that the competition in that goalkeeping department is going to be tougher. The Rwandan also was seeking for options and Kruger pounced.
