Al Ahly have signed former Borussia Dortmund striker Anthony Modeste.
The 35-year-old was released by BVB at the end of last season, but now completed a blockbuster move to Cairo.
Modeste joined Dortmund from Cologne in September 2023 and made 28 appearances, scoring two goals.
The towering striker has scored 85 goals and set up 17 more in 209 Bundesliga appearances for Cologne, Hoffenheim and Dortmund.
He is somewhat of a coop for the Egyptian giants and will have a chance of making his debut in the CAF Super Cup in four days.
