Official: AmaZulu Announce 2 Exits

AmaZulu have announced the departures of Junior Dion and Yanga Mjoli, who have both joined Marumo Gallants for the remainder of the season.

Dion, 31, had joined Usuthu from Gallants in January 2023 and scored 14 goals in 47 appearances for the club.

However, he didn’t find the back of the net in seven appearances this campaign, while 21-year-old Mjoli was on loan at Pretoria Callies in the first half of the campaign.

“AmaZulu Football Club is pleased to announce the loan transfers of striker Sede Junior Dion (31) and defender Yanga Mjoli (21) to Betway Premiership side Marumo Gallants. The duo will spend the remainder of the 2024/25 season with Siwelle Sa Marumo on six-month loan deals,” the club stated.

“This strategic move aims to provide both players with increased game time and further opportunities for development.

“AmaZulu FC wishes Dion and Mjoli the best as they embark on this new chapter with Marumo Callants.”
