Orlando Pirates have reached an agreement for midfielder Siphelo Baloni to join Chippa United on a season-long loan.
Baloni, 24, joined Pirates last season from Motsepe Foundation Championship side All Stars FC after he had a stellar campaign in 2022/23.

In his first season with the Buccaneers, Baloni won two trophies – MTN8 and Nedbank Cup but he made just 13 appearances across all competitions.
Baloni’s limited game-time and Thalente Mbatha’s permanent arrival made things more difficult for him in the Bucs midfield.
This website understands that Pirates reached an agreement with Chippa for Baloni to join the Eastern Cape-based side on a season-long loan, as first reported by SABC Sport.
The 24-year-old midfielder has already arrived in Gqeberha and started training with the Chilli Boys on Tuesday morning. Coincidently, the Chilli Boys will kick off their season against Pirates this coming weekend at Orlando Stadium.
