Zambia striker Enock Sakala has been training with Orlando Pirates since the start of their pre-season.
The 23-year-old striker is currently a free agent after leaving Chippa United after a short-term deal, where he featured six times, scoring one goal after joining them in February after a stint in Egypt with Modern Sport.
It’s been a tumultuous two seasons for the Zambian striker since leaving ZESCO United for the Egyptian Premier League side after becoming one of the leading strikers in the Zambian top-flight and in the junior national teams.
As a teenager, he also turned heads when they won the 2022 Cosafa Cup in South Africa, while netting 12 league goals in that league season.

However, he’s now been spotted training with Pirates ahead of the new season, pictured in their recent Inside BucsCamp training video, showing insight into the start of the dawn under new head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.
While the player has not been signed by the club, he will be aiming to make an impression as he looks to get his career back in track that showed so much promise in his meteoric rise in his homeland.
