Spurs Closing In On Former TS Galaxy Defender

Cape Town Spurs are closing in on getting former TS Galaxy defender Ebrahim Seedat after a year without a club.

Seedat was in great form at Galaxy before he suffered an ACL injury, which saw him miss football for a year and had a surgery that was successful. The former Bidvest Wits defender has been training with Cape Town City to keep himself.

The 31-year-old had two spells in Europe with Belgian Pro League side KSC Lokeren and Swedish side Degerfors. When he returned to South Africa he had a successful time with Cape Town City, winning the Telkom Knockout and MTN8.

iDiski Times understands that Seedat has been training with Spurs and they are close to signing him.

After Rushwin Dortley left the club for Kaizer Chiefs, the left-footer is seen as a good replacement with his experience as well.
