Stellenbosch FC have confirmed the loan move of striker Muzomuhle Khanyi to Chippa United for next season, as reported by iDiski Times last week.
Khanyi, 27, joined Stellies at the start of the previous campaign from Hungry Lions in the Motsepe Foundation Championship where he was the top goal scorer with 18 goals.

But the striker struggled for game-time at Stellies in a campaign they finished outside the top 8. He made 19 appearances across all competitions, starting just four times in the league where he only managed one goal.
Meanwhile the club said in a statement on their website that they wish Khanyi well while remaining committed to supporting his progress from a distance.
“Stellenbosch FC can confirm that Muzomuhle Khanyi has completed a season-long loan move to Chippa United,” the club stated.
“The 27-year-old will spend the 2026-27 campaign with Chippa United in the Eastern Cape after the clubs reached an agreement over a short-term loan.”
