iDiski Times has established that Siyanda Ndlovu’s proposed move to Orlando Pirates has hit a snag, with Mamelodi Sundowns looking to pounce.

As previously reported by this website, a club-to-club agreement had been reached between Golden Arrows and the Buccaneers, who appeared to have beaten Sundowns to the player’s signature.

Ndlovu completed his medical at Mayfair on Thursday last week. However, when the two parties discussed personal terms, the player did not agree to the package tabled by Ezimnyama Ngenkani.

Masandawana, meanwhile, have approached Golden Arrows as they look to secure the signature of the 23-year-old.

Ndlovu featured in 31 matches across all competitions last season, contributing four goals and eight assists.

During his time with the Durban-based outfit, he made a total of 74 appearances, scoring eight goals and providing 13 assists.

Should the deal materialise, Ndlovu would become Sundowns’ second signing of the transfer window after the arrival of Antonio van Wyk from Ried FC.

Sundowns are also in talks to sign Espérance Sportive de Tunis star Yan Sasse as they look to reshape their midfield options, as first reported by this website.
