AmaZulu FC co-coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi explained why they signed Bongani Zungu and Sandile Mthethwa.
Usuthu announced two new signings just a few days before the January transfer window opens.
The KwaZulu Natal-based side is currently sitting in 13th place with nine points after eight games.
Vilakazi praised President Sandile Zungu for the latest two signings and believes that they will not only help in playing but also help the youngsters grow.
“They definitely gonna be a good addition in our setup, they will have a huge impact but obviously they are aware that they’ve joined a moving train,” he said.
“It’s like we are starting from a stretch so the competition is at the highest level for them to breakthrough but we believe in them that’s why they are here and we also believe that their experience will help us a lot.
“We have a lot of youngsters that we need to make sure that they gain experience through them so they’ve got a bigger part to play in terms of the setup, not only to play but also to make sure we integrate the youngsters to be in the level where we want them to be.
“We are grateful for their signing, we are grateful to the president for responding in that manner and we looking forward to working with Mthethwa and Zungu.”
