Kaizer Chiefs Ladies returned to winning ways with a resounding 5-3 success over Hallelujah Zebra Force Soccer Team on Saturday afternoon at Naturena Village.
After narrowly going down 2-1 to Blue Birds Ladies in their previous clash, their second defeat of the campaign, Amakhosazana bounced back in style in the Gauteng Sasol Womens League.

Unathi Mabena’s charges went into the break against Zebra Force with both sides locked at 2-2 after a scintillating first period.
Strikes from Lumka Qhekeka in the 16th minute and Zanele Kunyamane in the 37th minute kept the home team firmly in the tie.
In the second stanza, Chiefs Ladies turned up the heat with Lizza Mokoena grabbing the third in the 78th minute and Nonhlanhla Maci making it four in the 80th minute. Mokoena then grabbed her brace in the 86th minute for the afternoon as Amakosazana picked up all three points.

The next match sees Amakhosazana take on FC Raycon away at Esiqongweni Grounds on Sunday, 5 July, at 15:00.
