Golden Arrows head coach Pitso Dladla believes Nhlanhla Zwane has the potential to become a complete midfielder, despite the growing hype surrounding the 26-year-old’s impressive performances this season.
Zwane has emerged as one of Arrows’ standout performers, earning rave reviews for his displays and attracting increased attention for his contributions in midfield.

The midfielder joined Abafana Bes’thende from AmaTuks in 2023 and has since made 70 appearances for the club, steadily establishing himself as an important figure in the squad.
However, while Zwane’s performances have caught the eye of supporters and observers, Dladla insists there is still room for improvement as the technical team continues to work on developing his game.
“It’s different from people from outside than us as coaches. We treat all players the same. Each and every player has areas to improve. Nhlanhla has his own areas to improve, but what I can tell you, we’re working very hard to improve them,” Dladla said.
The Arrows coach is confident that the midfielder can reach another level once those areas of his game have been addressed, stressing that the club’s approach to player development extends beyond Zwane.
“Once we’re done with this, he will become a complete player – but not only for him, this goes to each and every player at Arrows,” he added.
With Zwane continuing to make an impression in the 2026/27 campaign, Zwane has impressed in the midfield trio alongside Ayabulela Maxwele and Nqobeko Dlamini.
