Golden Arrows coach Pitso Dladla says they have received unwavering backing from the club’s management, who have urged the team to remain united amid their recent struggles.

Abafana Bes’thende have endured a slow start to their Betway Premiership campaign, recording one victory, five draws and two defeats in eight matches to occupy eighth position.

The Arrows coach, though, is not dwelling on these tacks, saying the situation is manageable and expressing confidence that they will pull through together

“If I was in an institution where this would be my problem alone, it would be difficult,” said Dladla.

“It’s not that difficult because even the management emphasises the fact that we’re all together in good and bad, we have their full support and will overcome this.”

Dladla says the backing from the club’s management has helped the technical team focus on building the players’ mental resilience and belief as Arrows seek to get back on track.

“One the things that go unnoticed is the support we get as coaches, what I can say is that here at Arrows we have all the support,” he added.

“Even when you come during the training session, you can see we’re a team that’s organised.

“Even the management supports us so we can also help the players to have self-belief, I believe once we have that, the team can do better.”
