Patrick Maswanganyi and his new side Al Khaldiya won their first AFC Asian Champions League match against Al-Wahda FC on Wednesday.
Al Khaldiya had only collected one point from their first three AFC group fixtures but gave themselves a lifeline away from home.

After losing the reverse fixture 2-1 a week ago, Al Khaldiya again went behind when Christian Benteke scored for the home side after 55 minutes.
However, Maswanganyi was introduced after 65 minutes and just two minutes later his side equalised via Mohamed Al Romaihi.
Khaldiya completed their turnaround in the 72nd minute when Saifeddine Bouhra scored the visitor’s second goal.
The visitors climb to four points from four matches in Group A, while Al-Wahda suffered their first defeat and stayed on nine points.
Al Khaldiya have two matches left to qualify for the knockout stages, facing Nasaf and Al Kuwait in their final two games.
