While contact appeared limited, the spot-kick was given but missed by Chiefs captain Yusuf Maart as he nonchalantly hit the post of Edward Maova before the ball was cleared out.
Arrows managed to punish the visitors after several chances on the break, when Knox Mutizwa picked the pocked of Inacio Miguel to set up Nduduzo Sibiya for a tap-in.
Their lead, however, didn’t last long as Maart redeemed himself and levelled matters after a sensational peice of attacking play with Gaston Sirino saw him through in through on goal to net with a toe-poke beyond an on-rushing Maova.

Chiefs looked to get themselves a win in the second half but lost out as Mutizwa netted a late winner, which now sees them with only three wins in their last 10 league outings.
Meanwhile, Arrows move two points behind eighth placed Chiefs and have three games in hand over the Soweto giants.
