iDiski TV analyst Junior Khanye says Marumo Gallants were able to stop Mamelodi Sundowns because they closed down Teboho Mokoena.
The midfielder returned to the Sundowns side, as they were held to 1-1 draw away at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium in midweek, having been rested for the victory outing against Magesi FC last weekend.

The result in the Free State saw the defending champions drop to second place on the Betway Premiership table with 15 points from seven games, a point behind Sekhukhune United in top position with a game in hand. Gallants are in ninth place with eight points from six encounters.
Khanye complimented Bahlabane Ba Ntwa coach Alexandre Lafitte for taking a leaf out of his predecessor Abdeslam Ouaddou’s book in frustrating Sundowns.
“Compliments to the coach [Lafitte] with the game plan,” said Khanye on iDiski TV.
“I think he did exactly what Pirates’ Ouaddou did to monitor Mokoena in today’s game. And if you check Mokoena he was not himself in today’s game, he had moments, and the second half was maybe better for him.
“But they didn’t give him the space, the guy was closed, they didn’t give him space and once you close Mokoena at Sundowns you will not find the best of Sundowns.”
