Kaizer Chiefs have cut their gap to the top eight to just two points after their draw in the Soweto derby on Wednesday.
The Glamour Boys shared the spoils with Swallows FC, making it four DStv Premiership games without a win for Gavin Hunt’s men.
Swallows, meanwhile, remained in fifth position, missing out on a chance to move into third place after collecting a record-breaking 17th draw of the campaign.
SuperSport United equalled Swallows points-tally of 41 points following their 1-0 win over Tshakuma Tsha Madzivhandila.
Earlier Maritzburg United celebrated a 3-2 victory over Golden Arrows and moved above Stellenbosch in the log.
