Milford are currently sitting in second place with 53 points and will face fourth-placed Hungry Lions. A draw would see them secure a spot for the 2026 Nedbank Cup semi-finalists, while Hungry Lions must win to secure the spot. The Stallions won the first round 1-0 in KZN, and the Lions will aim for revenge.
CT City, who didn’t start the season well, failing to win in the first six games, find themselves amongst the teams standing a good chance of qualifying. The Citizens are currently in third place with 51 points and will face Leicesterford City in a clash they need to win, while Leicesterford are only fighting for dignity. Out of six matches, CT City lost four at home, including against relegated Baroka FC and Leicesterford.
A season to remember for Casric after reaching the Nedbank Cup semi-finals, beating Orlando Pirates on their way. However, Stars find themselves in a situation where they need favours from other results, but first, they must win their game against Gomora United at Solomon Mahlangu Stadium. The result they would wish for is CT City and Hungry Lions to lose.
Kruger United will officially be crowned MFC champions in front of their supporters after the clash against The Bees. Meanwhile, two Limpopo sides, Black Leopards and Baroka FC, were confirmed to be relegated.
