New Mamelodi Sundowns attacker Siyanda Ndlovu has shared an emotional farewell message to former club Golden Arrows following his move to the reigning champions.
The 22-year-old’s transfer to the Brazilians came after Sundowns made a late move to secure his services, hijacking a deal that was initially expected to see him join Orlando Pirates.

The last-minute intervention changed the course of his career, with Ndlovu ultimately making the switch to Chloorkop.
The Newcastle-born forward had been part of the Golden Arrows setup since 2023, having earned his promotion from the club’s reserve team.
During his time with Abafana Bes’thende, Ndlovu made significant progress and established himself as one of the club’s promising young talents.
In his farewell message, Ndlovu expressed his appreciation to Arrows for giving him the platform to showcase his abilities at professional level.
The young attacker added that the memories created during his time with the KwaZulu-Natal side would remain special to him and would stay with him for the rest of his life as he begins a new chapter with Sundowns.
“To the club, the coaching staff, my teammates, and the incredible supporters, thank you for every opportunity, every lesson, and every moment we’ve shared,” he wrote on Instagram.
“Wearing these colours has been an honour, and I’m grateful for the trust, encouragement, and belief you’ve shown in me throughout this journey.
“The memories we’ve created together will always have a special place in my heart.”
