Amajita will face Morocco in the U20 Africa Cup of Nations final in a replay of the 1997 final.
Raymond Mdaka’s men beat the Flying Eagles 1-0 earlier thanks to a solitary goal by Tylon Smith to book their second final appearance.
Meanwhile, Morocco eliminated hosts Egypt in the other semi-final by the same scoreline, with Jones El-Abdellaoui scoring the only goal of the match.
Morocco have won four of their five games at the AFCON, finishing atop of Group B after victories over Kenya (3-2) and Tunisia (3-1) and a goalless draw with Nigeria.
They then defeated Sierra Leone 1-0 in the quarter-final before knocking out the hosts. Meanwhile, Amajita had lost their opener to Egypt – a game where they hit the woodwork thrice, before beating Tanzania 1-0, Sierra Leone 4-1 and a 1-1 draw with Zambia.
They then beat DR Congo 1-0 in the quarter-final before their heroics over Nigeria.
Both Morocco and South Africa already met in the 1997 final, when the Atlas Lions beat Amajita 1-0, which was Morocco’s only win so far.
